Land for Potential Development

Considering the ground transportation plans currently being developed by the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), specifically its Consolidated Rent-A-Car Center (CONRAC), several large areas of land currently occupied by rental car lots will be available for development.

Additionally, with the construction of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) Crenshaw Line and studies to identify a connection between Metro light rail and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the area will be more accessible via public transportation and more attractive for development.

The map shows areas for possible future development opportunities to serve local Los Angeles residents as well as visitors and hotel guests.
