Gateway Los Angeles buildings that meet the program pre-qualifications may be eligible for lighting upgrades, including upgrades to 24-hour lighting in common areas, such as parking garages, hallways and staircases; as well as 12-hour lighting in parking lots and outdoor locations (overhead street lamps and wall mounted HIDs - metal halide bulbs). Properties need only be LADWP customers, those which haven’t had any LED upgrades (or only a minimum of LED upgrades), and be large enough in size to have a minimum power usage of 200KW.
