With its acquisition of 9841 Airport Boulevard, The Ruth Group and Roxborough Fund I are changing the 15-story building’s address to 5901 W. Century Boulevard as part of a major repositioning of the office tower. “We are excited about the opportunity to reposition this landmark asset with a number of creative alternatives,” said Bob Ruth, President of The Ruth Group.
